Recipe 52. 茄汁牛肉飯
這是我小時候常吃到的一道菜,我爸精心調製,美味勝過義式料理。
肉可以有Beef Stew、炒肉絲,或絞肉,反正是要下一大瓶tomato paste,加上mushroom丁丁,煮成濃濃的一鍋,最常吃到的還是牛肉絲川下的,肉絲才會嫩,steak or ground beef則則頗費周章。
