recipe 170 瑪麗姊姊的醬鴨客家油飯
12:01 Mali 今天在我家聚餐potluck,宴請十二、三個朋友一起過年。昨天我就開始準備材料燒菜。這是我的拿手菜「醬鴨」,需要用鹽醃一天。第二天上色,燒一個小時15~30 分鐘。功夫菜,自從小孩畢業離家後,我就很少做了。
