今晚做拌茄子。重点是第一次做辣椒面，浇在蒸好的茄子上，下饭的一道菜。
做东北菜，婆婆是第一个教我的。这么多年了，还是做不出真正地道的东北口味。每次都会被批评少一个家乡味。缺的应该是母亲那种悉心照顾全家人的味道吧…谢谢婆婆曾经照顾全家，顾到每一个人的胃口。
Steamed eggplants with spicy pepper oil. Thanks to my mother in law who introduced me to 东北 cooking. No matter how much I tried, the flavors I made can never be compared to her. Thinking of her…especially the way she took care the whole family.
