recipe 161 氣鍋蒸蛋

 a small lump of ground pork

beat in 3 jumbo eggs

pour into 4 custard bowls
up to 1/2~ 2/3 of the bowl
use a screen sift to remove the bubbles
add a dash of soy sauce

add hot water to below the brim
stir


place in preheated  pan with water to half the height of the bowl
cover with lid slightly ajar to let go of the steam
this creates a perfect smooth surface
 cook at medium heat for 6 minutes

perfect dish for children

recipe 158 醃製雪裡紅



材料: 蘿蔔瓔或油菜老梗一大把, 鹽約一匙。
方法: 梗葉洗淨、濾去多餘水滴, 加鹽攪拌,葉片很快就會軟了
           將之置入袋中, 擠出空氣及水份, 封好袋口,置冰箱過夜,
           再次擠壓袋子,擰出苦水,就可切碎炒來吃囉!!
