Recipe 468 電子鍋洋蔥牛肉湯
總是為求速度與安全, 用電子鍋燉湯是解方之一。先將電子鍋的燉煮功能打開,那鍋就開始加熱.牛肉切斷之後丟進去已經滾熱的內鍋來煎。見的同時,將洋蔥切粗絲,陸續加入薑片、紹興酒、以及在冰箱隨時都已冰凍好的小蕃茄,加熱水到上限。兩小時後就有燉好的湯可喝了。
如果要換花樣也可以做羅宋湯,
用電子鍋來先煎一下牛肉或雞肉可以讓湯更香,也省得起鍋的麻煩.
