recipe 100. 涼拌小香菇
小號的新鮮香菇其實比較香, 燙過會縮水。
material: baby mushroom
spice: olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, chopped (frozen) garlic, sugar
chop mushroom to size, boil for 30 seconds, drain, mix and eat.
better if kept in the refrigerator over night.

涼拌小香菇,最簡單的方法,就是用市面上所販售的義大利油醋醬。燙完的小香菇,瀝乾水份,待涼,就把油醋醬倒進去醃製。放在冰箱,等要吃的時候,拿出來就非常入味了。
